Typical Applications
Our shafts are commonly used in the following applications, where consistency and repeatability matter more than one-off performance.
Electric Motors & Home Appliances
Shafts used in servo motors, stepper motors, fans, pumps, and household appliances where smooth rotation and dimensional stability are critical.
Electronics & 3C Devices
Precision shafts for printers, cameras, small drives, and compact electromechanical assemblies with tight tolerance requirements.
Automotive & New Energy Components
Shafts for window regulators, wiper systems, seat adjustment mechanisms, pumps, and electric drive subassemblies.
Office Equipment & Automation
Components used in copiers, scanners, robotic joints, linear modules, and automated handling systems.
Medical & Laboratory Equipment
Precision shafts for pumps, dental devices, compact motors, and equipment where reliability and repeatability are required.
Industrial Machinery & Tools
Shafts used in power tools, small machinery, pumps, gear units, and general industrial equipment.
What We Manufacture
Our manufacturing focus is defined by shaft size, precision level, and production stability — not by catalog breadth.
Small Precision Shafts
This is our core manufacturing focus. We produce small-diameter shafts used in motors, electronic devices, and compact mechanical assemblies where tight tolerances and repeatability are critical.
These shafts are typically supplied in stable batches for long-term OEM programs rather than one-time orders.
Medium-duty Industrial Shafts
We also manufacture medium-size shafts for general industrial and automotive-related applications. Production is typically project-based or program-based, where consistency and process control are more important than extreme size or weight.
This category is handled selectively based on technical fit and production planning.
We do not focus on large heavy-duty shafts or low-volume, one-off machining work.
Manufacturing, Not Middlemen
We manufacture in-house.
From raw material processing to final inspection, core production steps are completed inside our own facility. We do not resell or outsource critical manufacturing processes.
Since 2008, our factory has supported brand owners and industrial buyers with stable output, consistent quality, and direct technical communication from the production floor.
In-house Manufacturing Facility
Production-controlled. Team-operated. Since 2008.
Production Team
Operators, supervisors, and engineers working on-site. Orders are handled by the same team from sample to mass production.
Controlled Processes
Key manufacturing steps completed internally, with defined procedures and in-process quality checks.
Long-term Supply Focus
Built for repeat orders, stable batches, and buyers looking for a manufacturing partner—not a one-off deal.

Our 7-Step Quality Control Approach
Quality is managed as a production process, not as a final inspection activity.
Incoming Material Verification
Raw materials are checked against specifications before entering production.
Process Setup & First-Article Check
Key dimensions and process parameters are confirmed before batch machining begins.
In-Process Dimensional Control
Critical dimensions are monitored during machining to detect variation early.
Special Process Monitoring
Heat treatment and surface treatment results are verified after completion.
Batch-Based Inspection
Inspection results are reviewed by production batch, not as isolated measurements.
Final Verification Before Shipment
Finished parts are checked against defined acceptance criteria before delivery.
Record Retention & Traceability
Production records are retained by batch to support fact-based discussion.
Factory Scale at a Glance
Our production capacity is built around stable batch manufacturing rather than maximum volume output.
100K–200K
shafts / month
Stable batch output for small precision shafts and selected medium-duty shafts.
¥2.5M
monthly output value
Capacity aligned with controlled production planning rather than volume-driven expansion.
10–15
long-term OEM customers
Production planning focuses on a limited customer base to maintain consistency.
Production Capacity Allocation
Our manufacturing focus is intentionally concentrated on small precision shafts, with medium-duty production handled selectively.

What Our Partners Say
Long-term relationships built on consistent quality and reliable delivery.
"We've been sourcing motor shafts from this factory for over 4 years. What stands out is batch-to-batch consistency — we rarely see dimensional variance that causes assembly issues. Their quality team understands our inspection criteria and provides proper documentation with each shipment. When we scaled up our order volume by 40% last year, they managed the transition without delivery delays."
Procurement Manager
Electric Motor Manufacturer, Germany
"Response time is fast — usually within a day for technical questions. When we had a tolerance issue on a new shaft design, they adjusted the process and sent corrected samples within two weeks. That kind of responsiveness matters."
Supply Chain Director
Automation Equipment, Japan
"Not the cheapest option, but the total cost is lower when you factor in fewer rejections and stable lead times. We've moved three shaft programs here from other suppliers over the past two years."
Quality Engineer
Medical Device Components, USA
"We started with sample orders for encoder shafts, then gradually expanded to full production. They're transparent about their capabilities and won't overpromise — that builds trust over time."

2026 Shaft Purchasing Guide
2026 Shaft Purchasing Guide
A practical guide written for OEM purchasing, engineering, and quality teams. It covers sourcing risks, design impact, quality expectations, and what to clarify before RFQ — based on real production scenarios.
What You'll Find Inside:
- Common sourcing risks that appear after samples are approved
- How design decisions affect cost, quality, and lead time
- What information leads to more accurate and usable quotes
- How to evaluate shaft suppliers beyond pricing
This guide is designed to support better decision-making, not to promote products.
